How do I import a VFD File (.iuux) into CCW?

This article explains the process of importing a VFD Motor File into Connected Components Workbench.

Import a drive, safety, or motor-control device configuration file

You can import a device configuration file into an existing device in your project. Importing a configuration file allows you to quickly configure an existing device in the project. The file you import must have been previously exported from a device in a Connected Components Workbench™ project or saved from a device in another select software tool. Supported files types include:

Type of File: CCW device files (*.iuu, *.iuux)

Step 1 - CLICK on "File" then highlight "Import Device" and CLICK on the "Drive File"

Step 2 - Choose the "Folder" of where the CCW Project is located and OPEN the folder

Step 3 - SELECT and OPEN the UDCProject folder

Step 4 - SELECT the file with the extension .iuux and press the OPEN button

NOTE: If the .iuux file is not in a project file, just select and open the file where it is located.
