At least one terminal server will be required for any thinmanger implementation, but others may be required more based on the application and loaded on the terminal server. A good starting point when it comes to Rockwell products is no more than 7 sessions per terminal server. But this is not a hard rule. You should always test how responsive the system and monitor the resource load.
