Follow the instructions in CENTERLINE 2100 Low Voltage Motor Control Centers Bulletin Number 2100 to remove the MCC unit from the section.
Place the unit on a flat surface.
Remove the guard from the line side of the Circuit Breaker or Disconnect.
Remove the wires from the line side of the Circuit Breaker or Disconnect.
Stand the unit upright to provide access to the unit stab assembly. Remove the unit stab assembly screws A and B.
Remove the potentially affected unit stab assembly.
To install the replacement stab assembly, position the replacement unit stab assembly in place.
Install and torque the replacement unit stab assembly screws A and B (23 lb-in (2.6 N-m)).
Lay the unit with the back on a flat surface to provide access to the front of the unit.
Reinstall and torque the replacement unit stab assembly wires to the Circuit Breaker (23 lb-in (2.6 N-m)) or Disconnect (53 lb-in (6 N-m)).
Reinstall the guard to the Circuit Breaker or the Disconnect.
