How to Use the ES&E eCommerce Customer Dashboard
The ES&E eCommerce Customer Dashboard provides a centralized place to quickly view your company’s orders, invoices, quotes, and delivery information. This guide explains what information you can access on the dashboard and how to use its features to manage your account more efficiently.
Overview of the Customer Dashboard
When you log into the ES&E eCommerce website, your dashboard displays key account information in one convenient location. From here, you can quickly view:

Recent orders
-
Order history
-
Recent invoices
-
Quotes
-
Recent deliveries
-
Customer service contact information
These tools help you track activity, download documents, and find information without needing to call or email customer support.
Viewing Your Most Recent Order
At the top left of the dashboard, you’ll see the most recent order placed by your company with ES&E.
The order summary includes:

Order date
-
Order total
-
Total number of products in the order
-
Ship-to location
To view additional information about the order, click the order number link to open the full order details.
Note: The order displayed may include any order placed by your company, not just orders placed online or by your specific user account.
Accessing Your Order History
The Order History section allows you to view all current and past orders.
From this section you can:

View order status
-
See order dates and totals
-
Click View Details to access complete order information

Expand the order to see items included in the order
-
Click View All to see your company’s full order history from the past eight years
Search, Filter, and Sort Orders
The order history page includes tools to help you quickly locate specific orders.
You can:

Search by part number, partial part number, order status, or order date
-
Sort columns such as order status, date, or purchase order number
-
Filter order status to quickly find open or completed orders
These tools make it easier to track orders currently in progress or locate past purchases.
Viewing and Downloading Invoices
The Recent Invoices section appears on the lower left side of the dashboard.
Here you can view key information about your most recent invoices, including:

Invoice date
-
Total invoice amount
-
Associated purchase order number
To access the full invoice, click the order number link.
From the invoice detail page you can:

View invoice details
-
Download a PDF copy of the invoice

Save or print the document for your records
You can also click View All to see all invoices associated with your account.
The invoice list uses the same search, sort, and filter functionality as the orders page, allowing you to quickly locate specific invoices.
Viewing Your Company’s Quotes
The Quotes section displays all quotes associated with your company.
This includes quotes submitted both:

Online through the ES&E website
-
Directly through ES&E sales representatives
Each quote entry displays:

Quote number
-
Status
-
Date submitted
-
Quote total
To view details, simply click the quote number.
You can also select View All to access the full list of quotes, which uses the same search, filter, and sorting tools available in the Orders and Invoices sections.
Tracking Recent Deliveries
The Recent Deliveries section on the dashboard shows the latest shipments from ES&E.
This section allows you to quickly monitor incoming orders and track recent deliveries associated with your account.
