      What does each asset lifecycle determination mean?

      Every asset has lifecycle terminology that is where the asset or spare part is within the Rockwell Automation lifecycle. This guide will help you determine what that asset terminology means as it relates to your Internal Base Evaluation.

      Every asset that is included as part of your Internal Base Evaluation will include a product lifecycle status, which indicates where that asset is in its respective lifecycle. You will see:

      • ACTIVE PRODUCT (Dark Green) - The most current offering within a product category
      • ACTIVE MATURE PRODUCT (Light Green) - The product is fully supported, but a newer product exists. 
      • END OF LIFE PRODUCT (Yellow) - The product has a discontinued date that has been announced. 
      • DISCONTINUED PRODUCT (Red) - The product is no longer manufactured but repair/remanufactured services still may be available.
