Upload and Development Shortcuts - Part 8

In the final part of the CCW Micro series, Eric Hanley, Automation Specialist at ES&E, explains the two different upload situations in CWW and shows shortcut development features.

Uploads are needed in two situations: when the information is new, and there is no backup, and when there is an existing backup that needs to be updated. The easiest way to verify the most current information is by opening the project, going to the home page of the controller, and selecting upload. Uploading without a project backup can be done in two ways: creating the controller and giving it the firmware, or using the discover method. The discover method is recommended as it automatically picks the proper firmware and creates a new project. The video also highlights some development shortcuts, such as changing the order of execution, using themes, enabling and disabling the variable selector, and using keyboard shortcuts.
