Why register your products?
Product Verification
With ongoing global supply chain issues, purchasing products from alternative “gray market” sources, such as online resellers, importers, and other unauthorized sources, is tempting. However, this can seriously impact customers who unknowingly acquire substandard and even counterfeit Rockwell Automation products. To prevent this, you should always purchase Rockwell products only from authorized distributors or value-added resellers. Product Registration allows you to verify your products' authenticity by validating recently purchased products against our records.
Extended Warranty
By registering your product with Rockwell, you will receive a complimentary one-year extension of the standard Rockwell Automation factory warranty for a total of two years. You can view your product’s warranty status anytime on the registration portal.
Product Data
Once your product is registered., you’ll have full online access to all Rockwell product documentation, such as datasheets, user manuals, drawings, certifications, etc…

Get automatic notifications of any changes to your product’s lifecycle status, product advisories, or security notifications issued for your products.
What products can you register?
There are over 16,000 Rockwell Automation products that are currently available for registration. This includes these popular product families: Stratix, ControlLogix, CompactLogix, PowerFlex, PanelView, Kinetix, and more.
Not every product in each product family is currently eligible for registration but check the registration site regularly as new items continue to be added.

How do you register your products?
You can register products at the official Rockwell Automation Registration site. Each registerable product contains a QR Code that can be found on the product’s packaging. Use a smartphone to scan product QR Codes or enter the required product information manually on a desktop browser. You may import from a CSV file if you have multiple items to register. If you want to register items already on your network, you can do that with a ControlFlash Plus scan.
Either way, registering your Rockwell products is quick and easy.
