How To Set Up FactoryTalk Remote Access Manager

Step-by-Step Setup
1. Sign in to FactoryTalk Hub

Navigate to website.

Enter your credentials and complete the two-factor authentication process, if prompted.
2. Confirm Organization

Once signed in, verify that you are operating under the correct organization. This ensures proper access to entitlements and device management.
3. Select Your Remote Access License

Choose a subscription that fits your needs:

Available options: 1, 2, 5, 10, 25, 50, or unlimited concurrent connections.

For example, a two-connection license allows two engineers to connect remotely—either to the same system or to different systems.

4. Launch Remote Access Manager

From the FactoryTalk Hub Home Screen, click the Remote Access icon.
