Speed up your build with smart kits
With our Smart Kitting, we prepare all material for quick and easy assembly in kits per subassembly. Kits are labeled for delivery with a corresponding drawing (if provided) to make assembly as fast as possible.
What material is included?
Most items sold by ES&E can be added to a Smart Kit. Smaller items are bagged and sequenced in assembly order. Items that do not fit in a bag are boxed or palletized with a corresponding assembly number.
Can I use non-ES&E material?
On a limited basis, we will consider adding customer supplied material to Smart Kits along with ES&E provided material to make the final assembly as fast as possible.
How do I create a Smart Kit?
There are two options to create a kit, download a template or upload a design and we will create the kits for you.
How much does it cost?
Smart Kits are priced with a flat price per kit and per assembly step. Send us a design or template and we'll provide a quote and answer any questions.
