Wire Bundles

10AWG-20AWG Control Panel Wires Cut, Labeled, Terminated, and Grouped in Order

10AWG-20AWG Control Panel Wires

We have automated equipment capable of producing sequenced bundles of wire that increase speed, consistency, and quality in panel builds

These wires can be:

  • Cut to length
  • Stripped
  • Terminated (many options available)
  • Labeled (heat shrink or inkjet)
  • Sequenced in a build order (up to 36 wire colors and gauges)

How do I build the wire list?
Don't have the wire lengths?  No problem, we can use the export of many CAD software packages and our own software to build the sequences.  Simply upload your drawing to get started.
Don't have a scaled drawing?  We can use a picture of the cabinet and diagrams to make these lists.
Already have a list?  We can provide a template to send directly to our machine.

What wire is available?
We have close to 1,000,000 ft. of wire across dozens of sizes and colors.  Our standard is MTW, but other options are available and in stock.
Our standard equipment runs 10 - 20 AWG and we stock standard colors for UL508A builds.
We have equipment capable of processing many larger (and smaller) gauges for specialty applications.

Can you process multiconductor cable?

Yes. Shielded, unshielded, sensor cables, communication cables, or pneumatic tubes

We Can:

  • Cut to length
  • Jacket Label
  • Jacket Strip
  • Conductor Label
  • Conductor Terminate (ferrule, ring, fork, pin, solder, full strip, or partial strip

What about non-standard wire single conductor wire?

We stock wire options based on our customers needs.  We have the most inventory of MTW (UL1015) and THHN, but we also carry, Primary (GPT), Diesel Locomotive (DLO), Battery, Welding and many others.

What Terminations are Available?

We can include up to 3 different terminations (ring, fork, etc.) and 5 different ferrule sizes in the same sequence.  For a list of our standard terminals click here.

How much does it cost?

Our goal is to provide the wire bundle at a price less than our customers' cost of material and internal time to produce the same bundle. This makes for a win-win with labor savings and cost savings.
