Multi-Conductor Cable Processing

Eliminate the time it takes to prep multiconductor cable. We cut, label, strip, and terminate.

We cut, label, strip, and terminate.

Multi-conductor cable processing is a time-consuming task that drains resources in the panel shop or in the field. Our multi-conductor processing services use automated equipment to cut cable to length, label, strip, and prepare each cable for immediate use. All you have to do is install.

MC Example

These cables can be:

  • Cut to length
  • Jacket stripped
  • Jacket Labeled
  • Heatshrink tubing applied
  • Strip the conductors
  • Apply terminations to the conductors (many options available)
  • Label the conductors (heatshrink, adhesive, or mechanical label)
  • Packaged to match your application

We also offer Custom Cables and Wire & Cable Paralling through our

Ask our Customer Support

How do I build my multi-conductor cable?

For cables used in a control panel, we have staff ready to review and takeoff the drawing package for cable lengths, or we have easy-to-use templates for uploading a list of cables.

For cables used in the field, we recommend using our templates, which allow for field flexibility. This includes options to trim to length in the field, process one or both sides, and prepare with protection for installation.

Once you fill out a template, you can upload it here.

What cables are available?

We stock a number of standard cables used in panel construction.

Due to the variance required in multi-conductor applications, we can also order cable as required to meet the need of the application.

How much does it cost?

Our goal is to provide the processed cables at a price less than our customers' cost of material and internal time to produce the same cable. After you upload and submit your template, we’ll provide you with a quote within a few business days.

Can you add connectors?

Yes! We can add standard connectors to one or both ends of a processed cable and electrically test prior to delivery.  We make ethernet and other communication cables, CPC, soldered, and even pneumatic fittings. To learn more about our custom cable capabilities click here.

Can you process cables that are already terminated on one side?

Yes! It is common that some cables already have a connector (quick disconnect etc.) on one side, but need to be cut to length. We can process these cables and provide a fully processed custom length cable.
