Combine many of the services below into a single deliverable. One shipment of kits, wires, enclosures, and more ready to assemble!

As a standard offering - Ready to Assemble includes as many services as possible. A Ready to Assemble panel is intended to eliminate virtually all material handling time around receiving, counting, and storing because all material arrives as a single kit.

Ready to Assemble also reduces the time needed to build a panel by as much as 50%. Panels can be assembled with no more than a screwdriver—no stripping, cutting, or printing.

Ready to Assemble kits can include:

  • Smart Kits (parts)
  • Wire Bundles
  • Modified Enclosures / Backplates
  • Pre-cut Din Rail & Wire Duct
  • Terminal Markers
  • Legend Plates

Ask our Customer Support

What information is needed to quote Ready to Assemble?
  1. Submit a drawing and select "Ready to Assemble". From there, our team will complete a takeoff of the drawings and provide a Ready to Assemble quote for as many services as possible.
  2. Submit multiple templates under the same project and our team will combine the project into a single delivery.
How much does it cost?

As with all of our e-SSEMBLY services, our goal is to provide a price below the material cost and internal labor cost it would take our customers to build the panel traditionally. By doing this, it provides our customers a win-win with lowered combined material and labor cost.

What if I don't use all of the available services?

As more services are included, typically, the time savings increases beyond the time savings of each individual task. However, if customers don't need all available services or certain services cannot be quoted from the drawing, we will provide a quote for as many services as needed.

Can non-ES&E supplied material be included?

Typically, our services are for ES&E material. However, we realize that in certain situations, non-ES&E-supplied material must go into the panel. In those situations, we are more than happy to discuss including third-party material into the solution.
