How are the harnesses tested?

Our standard is to complete a 100% electrical test on each harness we produce with optional test reports available upon delivery.

 

We also complete a full final visual inspection for proper labeling, appearance, and looming.

 

Our focus on quality ensures the harnesses we build work the first time.

What do you need for a quote?

We can provide preliminary quotes from either:

  • A complete drawing set and bill of materials.
  • A sample harness.
  • A concept including a sketch and proposed materials.

 

Upload our template specifying the cable type & length, as well as any connector requirements and total cable quantities.

Can you handle high volume?
Yes, while we can complete smaller jobs - high volume is our specialty. With our automated equipment we can build repeatable harnesses efficiently.
 
For multiple qty. orders, our standard is to provide a quote for the entire qty. Once an order is placed, we provide a sample harness to verify operation prior to completing the remaining units.
