- 94% expect to maintain or grow their workforce as a result of smart manufacturing technology adoption
- 95% are using or evaluating smart manufacturing technology, up from 84% in 2023
- 98% have a sustainability / ESG policy in place, with almost half of those company-wide formalized policies
- 83% anticipate using GenAI in their operations in 2024
- Cybersecurity ranked as the #1 skill employers are seeking in 2024
